The length of this insurance policy is 12 months and the period of insurance will be shown on your policy documentation. The insurance will cease at the expiry of your policy, or if you, or if we, cancel the insurance policy. We will write to you to offer renewal at least 30 days prior to the expiry of the policy.

If we need to make any changes to the general conditions or exclusions in the policy, we will provide you with a minimum of 30 days’ notice, in writing.

It is important that you respond accurately and with reasonable care to the questions asked. If the answers you provide are not accurate this may result in your application being delayed or a claim being reduced or rejected, or your policy being cancelled without refund.
