Our QMS has been built around capturing, managing and reporting feedback from policyholders, distributors, insurers, regulators and our own team.
Feedback is captured throughout the organisation and then delivered to managers who are then responsible for implementing improvements. All changes are managed through a defined change control process.

Our distribution model is exclusively through distributors. We call our distributors clients. Our clients are our only source of business. Without clients, we have no business.

Every products provided by Specialty Risks is designed for a specified target market.
Our product design process requires us to develop a full product specification. The product specification defines every aspect of the product, including what covers to include, the level of cover policyholders require and the level of service they will receive.
We ensure throughout the life of a policy that we deliver the level of service defined in the product specification. We ensure that the level of service in the product definition will exceed the expectations of the policyholder.
