Insulin pump users can purchase cover for any insulin pump online or over the telephone. The policy costs just £6.95 per month. There is no excess to pay when making a claim and there is no limit on the number of claims that can be made. 

Our Insulin Pump Insurance is distributed through our exclusive relationship with Adeona Limited, which trades as Insurance4InsulinPumps.co.uk.

Adeona Limited is an Appointed Representative of Specialty Risks.

Specialty Risks provides Insurance4InsulinPumps.co.uk with a fully branded website at www.insurance4insulinpumps.co.uk.

Insurance4InsulinPumps claims are notified to us using a bespoke online Claims Application.

Claims are assessed the same working day they are received. Pumps are replaced directly from the manufacturer and Specialty Risks settles the invoice directly with the manufacturer.

We are accredited for both ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 for our information security infrastructure and quality management system. When a customer chooses to insure with us they can do so safe in the knowledge that we will look after their data.

Our customers can pay by monthly direct debit that we collect on behalf of the insurer. We use Direct Debit collection software that integrates with our proprietary platform, SPECS ^TM , and automatically notifies us and our customers of any issues with a collection.
